The Winter Warmer Beer Festival and Highland Brewing Company have partnered to welcome Michael Landis for an Artisan Cheese and Craft Beer tasting seminar on Friday, January 25 - offering two seatings, one at 4pm and the second at 7pm. This will be a quick study and tasting experience on the common bonds that connect one of our favorite foods with Asheville's favorite beverage. What makes them work so well together, or in some instances, not work so well together. Tickets for this event are $20 (they include the beer and cheese samplings, as well as the informative seminar.)

We will look at the common bonds that bring each of these foods to your tasting table and help you discover the flavors that work to make these pairings great. Michael Landis has paired up several cheeses and beers to give you a wide diversity of flavors and experiences. Each pairing will bring the common and not so common bonds together for your education on each cheese and beer along with why and how they work together.
