The 2nd Annual Asheville Beer Week is happening May 25 through June 1, 2013—eight full days of celebrating all things beer in Asheville, North Carolina. The week of events will include tastings, dinners, beer education, keynote speakers, and other beer-related fun (and nonsense). Cask ale or cask-conditioned beer is the term for unfiltered and unpasteurized beer which is conditioned (including secondary fermentation) and served from a cask without additional nitrogen or carbon dioxide pressure.
