Michael Landis is the National Training Manager for ANCO Fine Cheese and will guide you through this Cheese & Beer Tasting session.  Michael Landis is considered to be one of the foremost World Cheese Experts and was inducted into the French Guilde des Fromagers last year.  Michael judges cheese at both the World Cheese Awards and International Cheese Awards in England for the past two years.  He conducts Cheese and Beer pairings around the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to MANNA Foodbank, which links the food industry with 255 partner agencies in 16 counties of Western North Carolina. They are also a member of Feeding America, an organization that links together 205 other food banks throughout the United States.
